Stacey Gellatly is a MA Global Governance candidate at the University of Waterloo / Balsillie School of International Affairs. She has just returned from a semester at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany where she studied international public policy focusing on state building, governance in areas of limited statehood, and transitional justice. Stacey is a Balsillie Fellowship recipient assisting the Global and Human Security Team at the Centre for International Governance Innovation.
